The work was commissioned as a present for the owners of the businesses in the black building. The view is one you would get from about three floors above street level. The land rises steeply behind the black building and is home to a diverse range of building development with an age range from 1910s to current day. The commission was delivered as a 60x60 print in a 75x75 frame.
